    Not professional and very rude. Takes money and doesn't provide the service he claims. Go to anybody else!

    I do not recommend CW Trash to pick up your trash. If you pay in advance they are always telling you that they cant pick up your trash until you pay them. I was always sending them the proof that I had paid them. At least once a month they had a reason not to pick up your trash and if you asked for your money back he would say he is glad to send you your money back but never would. If his trucks was in the shop it was your fault and you had to deal with it. I am losing 50 dollars by telling him I dont want him coming around my house anymore but I never could count on him to pick up my trash. You never did know what day he was coming or if he was coming at all. All I can say is stay as far away from this company as you can. He owns me for November and December of this year plus about 6 weeks of texts telling me he cant get me this week. If I could give a negative rating I would.

    We own a mobile home park with multiple residents. After the company we had used for over 10 years suddenly dropped us, we decided to give this startup a try. They have been great! They have given great service, responded courteously to concerns, and communicated any issues as they arise.
