    I contacted this business to put logos on shirts/hats with a specific due date. The final invoice/order form (email) was paid and sent on 10/6/22 and I dropped off the shirts/hats. We had a verbal discussion about my order needs as well as the order form email. ********* (Business Owner) did not send me the mock-up that I requested in my email. She did not contact me with any questions or concerns regarding places/colors or clarity needed from my order email. On the day of pickup, she sent photos of the hats/shirts and I asked about the back of the hats, no response. ********* called me shortly before I was to leave to pick up the order explaining that she did not complete the hats due to a placement concern and that she should have called me to discuss but failed to do so. She informed me on that call that she could send me home with the logos and I could install them myself using my household iron. (Even though I paid her to do so!) Upon arrival for pickup, I learned that the logos were printed in the wrong color, she said she assumed this was the best color because I didn't specify in the email- instead of calling me to confirm she had them printed anyway and now is charging me for the re-print in the correct color (charging me to fix her error). I sent an email explaining why I would not be paying the invoice for $128.40 as it was her mistake and failure to inform me. Additionally, one of the logos on all of the shirts printed blurry. When I brought this to her attention she blamed me. The logo file was not corrupted and if when it came to print- if it was blurry- she could have simply contacted me to inform me before proceeding to print & apply to $1000 worth of merch. I did not ask for a refund for this, simply brought it to her attention. Her response to my email is reflected in the texts below. I would like the $128 invoice canceled & refund for "mysim" logo charge. She is accusing me of disrespect on video (false) and threatening to contact my clients.
