    My Boss ************************* I was and employee of C@M Defense and ************************ short me on my pay check $70.00 and still to this day I have not been paid the rest of the money and this means that he is not planing to pay the money that I worked for this no means the people at the company is not doing people n good and he even told MS. ******** the lady that handles H R which is Book keeping and so he then blocked me from getting in contact with me him in to this day I have gotten my money from that and nor has the company tried to do anything with this are about and I have had several people call him on 3 way call and he answered and then I had to call him on *67 is the only way that he will pick up now i can talk to the ********** of ***** about this issues but I wanted to see if you could get the rest that i want from this company PLEASE GET MY MONEY BACK That worked for

    Employee ******* was late to work two days I informed him that due to him coming to work late  constantly will be a problem.
    I deducted from his pay the amount of his tardiness employee ******* should have documented on his time sheet the days he was late he did not he actually committed a violation by putting time on his time sheet he did not work

    subsequently employee ******* was terminated for  constant tardiness, which will jeopardize my contract ..   this has been an ongoing issue that he could not correct

    C&m defense is very unprofessional. Ive been working for this company for about 3-4 months . Recently, Ive went on vacation, a day before I was about to return to work January 17th, I was told that they had hired a replacement for me without any warning or communication & no reasoning to why I was being let go & due to being let go, my wages was dropped from $15 to **** without a warning . Since January 23 , I have been trying to reach to the head director of this company to get a clear understanding and Ive been told via text messages that either he would call me back, or for me to call him at a certain time with no answer . January 31st, *** reached back out to him via text message stating that *** been trying to contact him and that I would have to escalate this *************** when he finally called me .
