    Called me at work, and sent text messages to half of my family in just one day. You can't imagine the humiliation that this lady gave me when she's out and about exposing to everyone about some foreclosure funds I know nothing of. This company is a scam, harassing people to the core. I'm surprised they are still operating despite the California Consumer Privacy Act in place. Somebody must put a stop to this madness. Next thing you know, they are contacting you for some funds that will benefit them at most

    Sorry for your inconvenience, we call people who are eligible to receive surplus funds from various accounts they don't realize that they have not claimed.  We do reach out to contact them but don't disclose any personal information. Honestly, most people are happy to hear from us and you can see our positive reviews from satisfied customers.

    I hope ***** **** the owner of this Company now realizes how easy it is to stalk and harass someone. This person called my father (which as you all know is in a ALF with dementia) who in turn called me 12 times in a 10 minute span at work, called me, my niece, my husband, my dads ex wife, and countless others this morning trying to sell his services (to claim free money) on a house that was sold at auction yesterday. And in doing so has completely ****** me off. His telemarketer has deliberately informed many people in my life about my foreclosure. This is harassment!

    Our apologies if our caller had by mistake attempted to contact your father.  We are not out to be a bother to anyone only to inform them that funds may be available (that they overwise aren't usually informed) .  The callers are instructed to be very discrete and never to call back unless asked to do so. I will personally look into the matter and take any necessary action to remedy the situation.  Thank you
