I brought my car to this shop in June,2022 and paid ******* for them to put a motor in my car and the owner **** promised me he would fix it with the new motor which was purchased from a company named **************. I called ****** Company to set everything up.I spoke to the owner ******* of the shop and he told me he would get the engine sent to his shop once I paid the ******* so I paid it to him and then paid the balance off in the next two weeks and he keep my car until September,2022 still not fixed .He had his worker to threaten me to come and get my car are they was going to have it towed somewhere and he didn't fix my car. He just took my money and cursed me out and disrespected **** asked him in July 2022 will he fix it and he said he didn't care if someone that work at his shop could but he wasn't going to fix it but I paid him. Then he got mad and changed his mind and had a worker of his to call and said to come and get my car because he wanted it off his property so he scammed me out ******* . So I had to pay a tow company to go and get my car off his property before more damage was done to it. The owner also knows how sentimental the car is to me because I spoken to him about it! **** knows it was my deceased son's car and I expressed how much this car ment to me and I only asked him to please fix the car because I paid him the total price that he charged **** don't even know if the motor I purchased was good and don't have any knowledge of warranty of the part either. He think got over on me because he knows I'm a woman. Now I'm asking to get my money back, information about the motor (warranty) please,so I can go to a better business and get my car fixed the right way. I have all my receipts from his shop and the towing company information that picked up my car.

******************************* purchased an Engine from our company in the amount of $7,000 and labor was in the amount of $1,500. The Engine was ordered from Grey & White **** Parts in the amount of $6,815 and we paid the Engine Core in the amount of $1,000. The total cost for the Engine was $8,292.05 which includes tax. At the time of the Engine ordering **************** was only a customer.
Soon afterwards, she became an employee of *********************** (formerly Brickyard) which gave her access to our records and data base. After the Engine was installed and the core was returned to Grey & White, she felt as if the $1,000 core should have been returned to her. It was explained to her several times that she was never charge for the core; therefore, the funds belonged to Allpro not ****************. At this point, she became a disgruntled employee and was terminated in which she was advised then to remove her vehicle from the property. The owner also refunded her $500. However, she left her vehicle on the lot for several more months at no cost.
8-29-22 The manager called and advised **************** that her vehicle needed to be pickup. **************** stated that she was in ******* and that her grandmother had passed away; she further stated that she would pick up vehicle that following Tuesday. The manager advised her that the vehicle needed to be pickup by that Friday or the said vehicle would be towed off our lot. She then called on of our current employees to discuss with him about the vehicle. In which case he agreed to have her vehicle removed from our lot. However, that was not the case and as a result the manager called **************** again regarding removal of the vehicle. She did eventually get vehicle towed off our lot ****.
The manager received a call from **************** inquiring about the Engine Invoice and requesting our company information so that she could make a claim that the Engine was bad that the company installed. After reviewing the records, the manager called **************** back with the following information:Grey & White phone number, Invoice #******, and further advised her that the Engine had a 6month/6,000 miles warranty (whichever comes first).
Overall, **************** paid $8,507.99 for Removal &Replacement of Engine; in which, $500 was refunded via Cashapp to her. Allpro removed her old Engine and installed the new Engine. No additional funds will be refunded to this customer/previously disgruntled employee. We do regret that we could not please **************** as a customer and an employee.

    Best Regards,

    *********************, Manager

BBB of Metro Atlanta please review all my paperwork and then let me know what you think? They admitted that I paid in full for a service and they didn't complete! Why they  didn't fix my car and they was paid in full. I'm a customer and if the car company quote me an amount to pay to  fix my vehicle and they didn't do it or maybe messed up my vehicle more while being at their shop and  possibly couldn't fix it I don't really know, are understand. Most people bring their car to a shop to get them repaired not to  pay and receive your vehicle the same way you gave it to them or worse!!! What I know is I'm out of $ ******* and My car still  hasn't been fixed or working. Brickyard ***************** Company SCAMMED ME OUT MY MONEY AND PLAYED ON MY EMOTIONS BECAUSE THE ***** KNEW HOW SENTIMENTAL THAT CAR IS TO ME ( IT WAS MY DECEASED SON CAR AND I ONLY WANTED HIM TO FIX IT AS HE PROMISED ) HE TOOK MY MONEY AND DISRESPECTED ME AT THE SAME TIME. THE **** IS NOT A RELIABLE **** AND THEY TEND TO GET OVER ON MOSTLY WOMEN!!!!!!!

The repair order was completed and the engine was working and cranking after installation. If there is an issue with the Engine the customer needs to contact the warranty company Grey & White to initiate a claim. They will advise customer of how to go forth regarding any engine issues that was not present upon vehicle leaving our facility.

I am rejecting this response because: This shop is fraud, scammers and liars. They are contradicting in their replies. My car stayed at this shop for 2 1/2 months. They never contacted me to pick up my car because it was fixed? They only contacted me because they never fixed my car and he was upset that when I spoke to him regarding my money then he sent some worker lady to contact me to tell me come and get car are they will get it towed somewhere so on Aug.31 I had to find a company that will pick my car up that day. I was out of town burying my 92 year old grandmother in *******.I spoke to the owner **** on July, 22,2022 about fixing my car and about my money regarding my and he stated in his text that if one of his other workers wanted to complete the job they can because he wasn't!  ********* was delivered on 06/08/2022------08/31/2022 and still didn't fix my deceased son's car ? If my car was fixed then why did it take them so long to contact me with threatening messages to have it towed away if I didn't have someone to pick it up? Why would I need it to be towed away if it cranks and starts up? If my  car could crank then why did I have to get a tow company to pick up my car August 31,2022? I could have sent anyone to pick it up and drive it to my house the tow company was also told that it didn't start up! BBB This shop is a scam shop. What they are saying is a lie and that's why I'm stating facts and given some of my proof. Also have ex employees statements that they never fixed my car at all! They gave me my car the same way I brought it to Brickyard ***************** Center. I paid for a job to be done and they didn't do it! They took my money!!!! Please don't let know by get scammed like I did from this company. They need to be shut down!!!!!

    Sincerely,

    *********************
