    Poor customer service and lack of internal controls over vaccines and medical records. After I left a ****** review about my dog receiving a vaccine that he didnt need, they responded with a lie saying I had the wrong facility and that my dog had never stayed there. I have the invoice. This place is horrible. Since they did this, I would hate to know what else my dog went through while I was away.

    The **************** here is horrible, with Bad managers and owners! This place stole my dogs food. I have a teacup ****** that does not eat a lot. When I checked my dog in, I prepared food in ziplock bags and then asked the receptionist to keep the remainder of the food in his personal bin so it wouldnt melt in my car during vacation. She allowed me to do that. When I picked my dog up I was told my whole bag of food was lost. Which is weird because they keep each dogs items in a personal bin. The manager **** did not want to replace my stolen items and when he finally did he disabled my account and said I can no longer bring Rah there. This place is terrible and the mangers are racist

    We did refund the partial bag of food and apologize immediately. Per her email to us, "Thank you for reaching out and refunding me. I greatly appreciate it. I now understand the protocol for preparing the food. Am I able to get my account back? I'm confused as to why Josh disabled me just because I had a "complaint". I have 4 trips planned in the next month, and I already planned on booking in the future." I understand that she is upset that we are not able to have her return. She said she was calling the police and her lawyer and continues to call us racist. We just won't allow our team to be mistreated and can not have her return.
