Awesome customer service and repair!! The mechanics are very knowledgeable and professional. I had a problem with my HHR and they were able to find the issue and fix it for me. They customer service was ver much appreciated! It is hard to find businesses that care anymore and they did. Thank you!

I have gone to this repair shop for years and have always been blown away by their customer service and quality of work. I trust their staff and mechanics to always be honest and upfront about my vehicle needs. I have never felt like they were trying to “sell” me services, their focus was to educate me on my vehicle and help me plan any maintenance for the future according to my mileage. This shop was suppose to ONLY fixed my AC because when I cut it on it didn't blow anything out. They also was suppose to blow the pipe out so it could stop leaking on the floor on the passenger side. Before I took them my car, everything was working fine. I was able to turn the ac on and off and set it to whatever temp I wanted it to be. Now, I can't control anything. I called back up there and told them the issue and they told me to bring it in. They told me my control panels are not working and they don't have anything to do with it. Then they charged me for the diagnostic test when they the ones that told me to bring it in. Now, that it is cold, I don't have no heater in my car. I called back to see if they could fix it for free because everything was working before I brought it to them and they have the audacity to ask me why do I think it should be free. If it was their cars, they would feel the same way. Now since the AC is always running when I don't have it on, its causing my coolant to run out way too fast and causes my car to over heat. I don't recommend anybody to go to them because they break things and do the blame game and not take responsibility.Auto Masters Repair, LLC.

**. ********, I hate that you are still having problems with your vehicle. If you will read your invoice from *-*-22, you will see that we replaced an A/C fuse that was blown, installed a brand new blower motor that was damaged, cleaned out the A/C drip tube (even though it wasn't dripping while in the shop) and gave you a 2 YEAR WARRANTY on that work. The air was blowing on all speeds at 41 degrees and the test drive revealed no other problems. When you returned, we inspected the previous work; the blower motor was still operational. The new problem involved the Control module which was faulty. The AC/Heat/Defrost systems all use the same control module. On a 17 year old car with over 200k miles, it is not uncommon for modules, systems, and parts to become faulty over time. When you called and asked if we would fix your heat without any costs, our manager reiterated that your control module was faulty which had nothing to do with the previous work we performed. We gave you a quote and you declined the repairs. We even discussed this with your stepfather to try and further explain. Once the control module is replaced, you should be able to use the heater/A/C, and defrost but your coolant issue (that you mention in your review) should be repaired or it may affect your engine. As the owner, I want to offer my regret that you expected the blower motor repair to prevent further issues with your vehicle. Please call me if you have further questions.
