    Back in January I paid for a whole new catalytic converter on my 2015 ***** ***** ever since I got the car back the check engine light for the catalytic converter has been on I go in today with it under a warranty and told them the issue of the light and it shaking again they claim I have to pay a whole another 1000$ just for repairs not caused by me they wanna say I caused it to be bad but it has only gotten worse since if came out of their shop a warranty is supposed to cover all costs yet I'm being charged 1000$ I don't have to be told oh well we need you to pay the guy to fix it and get the part when we payed for a whole new one in January and has a warranty I'm not a happy customer at all about this .

    ***** and her husband came in and gave me a story how they added a fuel treatment to there vehicle because it wasn’t running correctly. Upon doing so they said the check engine light came on for a catalytic converter. They came in *****24 with no appointment and were scheduled to come back in for an inspection that following Monday ****-24 and failed to appear. Then ***** and her husband came back in that Friday two more times and changed there story stating they hadn’t put anything in there car even though had just told me a different story less than an hour prior. If the converter had failed on its own they have a year warranty, but there story is two messy and I can’t help anyone who isn’t willing to show up to there scheduled appointment.
