      11/24-11/27/2023 I went into this business to have an oil change performed. They did so and I went home. My car was leaking oil, had the car towed back, and they forgot to put on a washer. They did so. The same day I was having issues with my car. It was brought back and was knocking and they forgot to put a VITAL part of my oil filter back on that controls oil pressure to the entire engine. It now sits at a *** specialist and they state they 1. Used the wrong oil, the wrong filter. And they even added an additive with copper flakes into the oil. This information is coming from a *** dealer. Precision did not take responsibility for it. They were very unprofessional. They did not want to give me corporates number, and they even tried to pull my car’s ****** to tell me why they will not be able to assist due to what ****** says. Which stated it had no service for 3+ years. Which is untrue. This engine was replaced a year ago for $8,xxx and I am seeking just that before I involve my lawyers anymore on the issue. I just want what is RIGHT.

      This is an invoice/recommendation from the *** specialist that installed an engine in my car a year ago. Brought to them after Precision didn’t do anything to correct the issue/do the job correctly
