    May 22, 2024 our condominium association encountered major winds which lifted off our roof in the first building which included 12 families. The building has been condemned by the fire depth and still is today sept 25 2024
    ** **** *** *** ** ** ******* *** ********** ***** His insurance funds for living expenses are virtually depleted and told Mr **** the straw boss of this group of contractors that we wanted him in his home as fast as possible. He ignored us and blew us off. DAD lives in ***. When the sheetrockers and Mr **** decided to tell us repetitivelythey would repair their bad workmanship they wasted time, never showed up after Labor Day and many other delays were made to put us in a state of stress and panic. Our son, a highly experienced contractor, found the best sheetrockers around the area to expedite their delays so we could help rest my dad. This cost him an additional $3000 so that it would be liveable for him. The horrible job your sheetrockers did is still in some areas and needs significant repair perhaps as much as 10,000.
    Now as for us me son and husband, we live in **** We know for a fact that the sheetrockers allowed highly inexperienced workers to tape and float again on our third floor. We complained so.much that we finally got something a little better on the fourth floor that is adequate only at best. There were disrespectful workers, workers who slept overnight in the attic and left their van outside our condos, used our bathrooms, broke toilet seats, broke toilet bowl insides. Threw food on the floors and crushed all underfoot. Removed a plastic cover off a 4000 table, which Mr **** had to clean and cover with appropriate covers. And mostly of all we must spend an additional 3000 to fix up bad overmudding. I forgot to tell you their sander was a young girl maybe 15 or so. We have pictures and documentation of everything. It has been a horror show. BELFOR has been ordered out of our home by my husband ***.
