    Asurion is the owner of the UBreakIFix chain. The incident occurred today January 31st. I am beyond disappointed with the service I received at **UBreakIFix**. I paid **$224** nearly a month ago for the repair of my ******** *****, only to have it returned to me still **broken**. The store initially assured me that it was a **screen repair and LCD fix** that they could handle, yet after nearly four weeks, I was informed that the item was actually **unrepairable** due to something being "bent." If the repair was never possible, why was my device accepted in the first place? The estimated repair time was **3-5 business days**, yet I was forced to wait **almost four weeks**. The excuse? A delay due to the **California wildfires**—mind you, I live in ***********. This excuse is both absurd and unacceptable. Even worse, there was **zero ***active communication** throughout the ***cess. I had to physically **go to the store multiple times** just to get an update. Not once did they reach out to ***vide a status on my repair. Now, after wasting my time for weeks, UBreakIFix is making me **come back to the store a sixth time** just to receive a refund—because, a manager is not available to ***cess a refund (mind you he was on the phone with his team the entire time instructing them what to say to me). The complete **lack of ***fessionalism, accountability, and basic customer service** is astonishing. At this point, I expect an **immediate and full reimbursement** without any further inconvenience. The level of incompetence displayed here is unacceptable. If you're looking for **skilled** technicians who respect their customers' time and money, **UBreakIFix is NOT the place for you.** Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. **Never again.**
