    Hangman Business installed 6 cameras with DVR monitoring equipment on said date **** with 32 inch T.V. Monitor. Customer started complaining ****about cameras going on and off. A service called was completed 9/23 and system was up and running with a simple rebooting of system. Then Customer called back **** with second trouble call, it was complete again but found out the the DVR monitor needed replacing with a new one. The customer refuse to pay the return charges of $150.00 for a new DVR, so Hangman Paid the fee and Ordered The Equipment. Customer then called back ***** and requested New Camera System with Audio that required and up charge fee for equipment. After that customer had one of her children call back and refuse to pay and said they wanted old system removed and that they didn’t want any services from Hangman Business. Hangman responded with a text  telling customer  if they didn’t want my services then stop calling with threats and harassment calls. The customer wants a refund for the install and equipment. But refuse to deal with the refund policy that’s in place.

    We here at Hangman offered a refund before the Customer started the Harassing Threats, and several other calls from the consumer family members. But due to the fact the consumer still has the equipment and the service has been use for several months there will have to be some deductibles from the original price. Hangman is not a Company that provides faulty service or equipment, and always find ways to make amends with anyone who is not satisfied with Hangman Business services.
