    My husband a Veteran moved into his new built home by Ray M. Wright (Dale *****-GM) *** 22. We have been trying to get the below construction and fixtures repaired/replaced since March 2022 and we have been given every excuse since Mar, Apr, Jun, Aug, Sept, Oct, Nov 2022, Jan 23, Feb 23, Mar 23, Apr 23 and May 23. We were assured by Gloria (admin) that we had not been forgotten and that the warranty would be honored. Fixtures/repairs Weather stripping at bottom and top entrance door, Crown molding (top corner wall) separating at each corner Molding on base of left/right wall is separating at corner angles Computer Room Barn door missing Molding around windowsill Chair rail molding separating. Molding on base of wall, closet bottom, top, Archway area molding, closet door top of door need sanding and painted closet corner molding separating, jack/jill bathroom door molding left and right side, hole not seal from toilet installation, shower door not aligned properly, grout missing in shower, Water spot on ceiling in shower, under sink pipe cover missing, crown molding separating in hallway. Master bedrm Shortage in bedroom light Molding in master bedroom, bottom right-back paint peeling discoloration, bathroom sink need pipe covers, walk in closet bottom molding separating, shower door needs proper alignment, molding on bottom right and back bottom right is discolored, paint peeling, odor after rain, back left wall molding separating, Grout on shower wall not even with wall, Open floor plan Molding separating from bottom of walls, Door needs weather strip at top, Dining Room Window Blinds are different colors, Molding separating at top/bottom, Under sink need pipe covers, Outside Patio ceiling fan lights never installed Back yard not level since first request, Septic Tank physical hole in back yard in area of the septic tank. Dale said he would return to install correctly. Facia loose on front house. Quality of concrete is difference and back has crack in it.

    We have been to Mr. &  Mrs. *******' home on numerous occasions and repaired quite a few issues since they first moved into their new home. Any emergency problems have always been addressed immediately.

    We are certainly aware of the current list of repairs needed in their home and do apologize for not being able to respond in a timelier manner. We, like so many other Employers, have not been able to find people to work. Gloria has spoken with Mrs. ******* on many different occasions and explained to her that we are diligently working to get everyone who has repairs done as quickly as possible.  She spoke with Mrs. ******* as recently as last week and assured her the repairs would be done! 

    We have been trying to do repairs in the order which we received them and it looks as if we should be able to get their repairs done within the next 2 weeks. We will be reaching out to them to schedule a day/time just as soon as we know exactly when it will be.

    So that all parties of concern have a clear understanding, we were told "within the first thirty days to provide a list of
    items of anything wrong that we absolutely could not live with".  We listed the dish washer and kitchen sink (inoperable, water backed up in sink),
    island (legs were put on backwards and upside down repair person came back twice), pendant lights (electrician
    came two months later to installed) and pressure wash the mortar on outside.  Are these the several
    times that were referenced in the respondent answer? While the respondent was here within
    the thirty days to repair the above, they only came once within the thirty days. Some of the items
    that are listed now were listed within the 30 day window.  Some of the repairs were not completed and a promised was made by the respondent to come back.



    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********* and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me provided all of the repairs listed with pictures will be completed and secured.
