I am rejecting this response because it doesn’t matter why I chose to be removed from the company’s mailing list. I followed the exact instructions that were provided to me by *******. I went to the post office as he originally advised me to do and I was told once again they knew nothing about a 3rd class mailing list. Once I notified ******* what the post office on ****** Rd told me is when he told me about a contract with the post office in Washington DC. I have wasted valuable time and gas going to these places and they know nothing about what ******* is talking about. I have forwarded the voicemail from the post office to ******* where I was told it is the company’s job to remove me from their list and not the post office. I will be more than happy to send the BBB a copy of that voicemail. Yes ******* had someone to mail me coupons I guess for Jason’s Deli that I have not opened and yes I will be returning them back to the sender. I didn’t ask ******* to send me coupons for Jason’s Deli nor will I be stopping by their office to pick up more. I just want my address removed from YOUR COMPANIES MAILING LIST. I do not want anymore coupons from your company being mailed to my house. I do not understand why that is so hard for a company to do. Please do not mail me anymore coupons from Jason’s Deli or no other company. In regards to the blocked email when I responded back to your message I received a return message that stated undeliverable so I then went back on your company’s website and sent the message through the contact us page. ******* if your company can stop sending anything to me through email or mail. I would greatly appreciate it very much. Have a wonderful day and continue to be safe.

    Sincerely,

**** ******ontinue to be safe and many blessings.

Since that time I contacted the **** customer service support line and I was given service request# ********. The next day I received a voicemail message from management at the post office, which I can forward that information to your office. The lady advised that’s what they pay the companies to do and I would need to contact the company back. She went on with additional information. I forwarded that voicemail to *******.

    He responded: ***********.****.*********************************************************************

When I tried to respond and ask him again to remove my address I received this message as if my email has now been blocked: Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address.

    :
**** ***** ******** Message blocked due to spam content in the message.

    ---------- Forwarded message ----------
I then went back to the company’s website and under their contact us link and sent the message.

    Dear BBB,

I received an email from Ms ****** on ****** at 12pm stating that she was very upset that her coupon book that we mail to the public did not have a ******* **** coupon in it but that other people were getting it in other areas around town. I told Ms ****** that we mail 5 different areas around town but that ******* **** could only afford to advertise in one area around his store. I asked my office manager to send Ms ****** extra ******* **** coupons this time and that if she wanted anymore in the future she was more then welcome to come by our office to pick some up. Not sure why the need to remove her from 3rd class mail, but since that is what she wanted I gave her information that was correct the last time we dealt with this kind of issue. The problem is, we buy our mailing list from our printer who obtains their mailing list through the **** ****** ******* data base in *********** ***. For 44 years I was always under the impression that the only way to be taken off of 3rd class mail was to let their postal carrier know to remove their address which would then be sent to ********** **** where we get our list from. Maybe things have changed since the old days so I googled how to remove yourself from receiving 3rd class mall and came upon a link that Ms ****** can use to take herself off of any future mailings from us or other 3rd class mail. Please see enclosed. Once again Ms ****** is more than welcome to come by our office and pick up a few more ******* **** coupons if she'd like. Ms ****** may also want to talk with the owner of ******* **** and let him know that he might want to consider advertising in her neighborhood too. Also, I do not know why Ms ****** feels we blocked her email because we did not.

    Warm Regards,

    ******* *******
