    I purchased products from two people out of a white pickup truck. They made promises of the meat being good, hormone-free, and USDA approved.

    I tried a beef patty and it was horrible. I inspected the packaging and attempted to contact them via the phone number they provides off of their “menu”. The phone number was not in service. The packages looked like they had been recycled. The meat itself tasted horrible.

    I called their manager and he said he would give me their phone number. I called that number and no one picked up. I then called him back and he did not answer and asked me to text him. I texted him that I wanted a refund and I got no response.

    DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE AT ALL!

     I am sorry  that  they had a  problem- nothing is  ever  perfect-  i did  talk to some one   explained a  no refund  policy- found  out  which  independant  contractors  sold  him  then gave  the  gentleman  two contractors   numbers  he spoke to them later   becsuse  the  contractor  ***** said  they worked out a  solution he and  **** were taking care---- I understand sometimes  meat  is tough  we  exchange- thats  nature  meat  --- if  i remember right   that wasnt the  complaint  he said  a few  packs the vaccum seal  was nt  right  i told him they can be  replaced  that  we get shipments  from chigao  several times  a  month and   keep it  frozen at a  cold storage  that its all  usda inspected  and certified-  look at  there complaint it said he  called got  no response  then said  i told him to txt--  i always answer and  the  number on the  reciept was good thats how  he  got  ***** n ****s  number i answered  spoke  2  him twice---  he  bought  the  meat  he saw  i am sorry a  seal  was  broke  we  can replace it  then he said  something  about a  slime  it cud only be a saline solution  salt  water to peserve  i dont  know   then he said it  turne  grey   when thawed  that happens when meat sits  out  it s  not  pumped  with  nitrogen  for  redness--  but  last  i spoke to  him third  time he  said  he  believed ***** was a  good guy and  they had  worked it out - i was  told by him they worked it out---- now  this and  i spoke to him several times  i called  him to---
