I hired College Hunks to come and remove a treadmill from our home, that was broke. Told them it was big and bulky. The two people they sent were clueless on how to a large item through a door. They ended up scratching numerous places on my hard wood floor. When I asked why they did not put a blankets on the floor, their reply was because they did not have one in the truck. I put my rug from the back door under the treadmill to keep the floor from being scratched up any worse. They called their supervisor because I was very upset about my hardwood floor. The supervisor told me he would send someone to “ repair” the floor, because this happens all the time. They stopped the job with the treadmill and left it between two doors, because they thought they would cause more damage to the floor if they continued. My 84 year old husband and I finished moving the treadmill out to the garage. The supervisor call me back and said his employee said I put the rug on top of loose screws and that was why to floor got scratched. Which was a complete lie. Said he would send someone to repair the floor and they would load the treadmill that that my husband and I put in the garage for $150.00. They were extremely unprofessional and the people they sent were totally incompetent and dishonest. I told them I was not going to pay them to come back and pick up the treadmill after the long scratches they put in my new hardwood floor that less then 6 months old. I doubt they have enough integrity to even come back and repair the floor, nor send anyone that is actually knows how to repair it. I would rather hired someone that has not already shown extreme unprofessionalism and incompetence, and they pay for them for the repairs.
