      I called to make my son an appointment. After having the appointment scheduled and me on the way to the appointment, they call me and tell me I have a bill (a hefty one at that), and that he couldn’t be seen unless half of the bill was paid. I then ask to speak to the supervisor because I haven’t received a bill, email, phone call or text message about said bill. The CEO calls me and starts yelling at me on the phone. He looks at my sons account and noticed I had made a payment a couple months earlier and asked why is it different from me paying then and me paying now. What I paid a couple months ago was the balance and I had that extra money laying around, what they wanted me to pay today was no where near what I paid a couple months ago. He tells me it is not their responsibility to send out bills to the guardian of patients, that its the parents responsibility to call the insurance company and deal with the bills. He then continues to yell at me and tells me he’s just gonna send the bill to collections and I need to find a new doctor, and hung the phone up on me. I’m sure there is some fraudulent activity going on there. I will never take my son back there nor will I ever recommend them to anyone!

      The owner yelled at me and insulted me over the phone ,while I was trying to explain to him I had bank transactions that proved I paid for the last visits. I believe there is some fraud activity going on there as well as the incompetence of all the medical staff.

      Discriminates against ******** children. The Compliance officer does return calls or emails when there are issues. Some of the Doctors have restrictions on their license in other states and complaints in this state.

      Please don’t take your children to this place. Unprofessional staff and the owner is awful.
      I dropped off a form to be filled out and informed the staff I would pick it up the following week. When I arrived the document wasn’t complete.
      The young lady then informed me it would be taken care of the very next day. I went to the office to pick up the document and it wasn’t complete. This is something that has been completed for me for the last 2yrs and I’m not sure why it was difficult to be complete this time.
      I informed the young lady, the document was needed for my upcoming meeting and I asked could I speak to the doctor.
      The doctor refused to come see me and I couldn’t understand. Why wouldn’t you take care of your paying patients. Without patients, you wouldn’t have a job or business.
      I asked for a number or card to speak to someone and she wouldn’t provide one.
      I did some research and someone within the entity told me they would assist. The later to find out, she was told not to.
      I waisted time going to that location. I finally left and was in my vehicle talking on the phone and a gentleman requested Ieave the property.
      I have never felt so awful before from a business as a paying patient/customer.
      The staff also threaten to call the cops because I requested the physician on staff for the day.
      I was trying to get an explanation as to why the form couldn’t be filled out.
      I never used profanity with these people or anything. Felt so disrespected as a paying patient/customer.
      THIS PLACE DOES NOT NEED TO BE IN BUSINESS. DEFINITELY NOT IN BUSINESS TO SERVE OR CARE ABOUT PEOPLE!

      My husband and I have now been on the phone with zoe for several months to get our oldest daughter's account back on the active status. She was inactive due to living with bio mom the last couple of years. My husband now has full custody. After no luck and repeatedly being told they would have to look into it. Told again it would again take a few more weeks, we just said forget it. We will find her another pediatrician, she needs to be seen. After this conversation (with katilyn in the Thomaston office that works in medical records),we received a letter stating they had made our youngest daughter inactive, who has been going to Zoe since she was born. They say this is due to the fact we are taking the older daughter somewhere else, since they will not see her. Called to speak to a supervisor was transferred to their main office to speak with a man named Joe, I do believe his name was. He would not speak with me, but did tell the woman I spoke with to leave both girls accounts on inactive; he would not change the status and they would not see either of them. I have not signed a release of records or a transfer of records for the youngest child. They took it upon themselves to remove my youngest daughter and no longer see her.
