    These poor puppies. I immediately saw one kennel with two puppies, one was pooping and the other was eating it. I mentioned to the girl up front and she went to tell the staff in the back. Nothing was done. Continued to view the puppies and noticed almost every single kennel had multiple mounds of poop in it. The puppies were stepping in it, eating it, etc. it smelled horrible! There were 5 people working there. Two at front desk, one with a customer and one on her cell phone. Someone in the back on their phone. And two employees sitting in a back office either on a phone or talking. I felt so bad for these puppies. I mentioned again to the girl working up front and someone from the back came out. They were apologetic and quickly informed the staff member in the back. However, it truly makes me question the cleanliness of the facility and most importantly the care these precious animals are receiving. This was just sad.
