    Without a thorough investigation they misdiagnosed the problem, broke my sprinkler pipes and valve while digging up the ground, and charged me for something completely irrelevant to the problem’s root cause. After contacting them and talking to the owner, he denied the damages was caused by them and boldly told me that the work they have done wasn’t meant to fix the reported issue. I had to bring another plumber which fixed the problem in addition to hiring a sprinkler repair services to fix their damages, I ended up paying $800 between 2 plumbers and sprinkler repair while the cost of repair of the issue would have been less than $300 . Master Plumbing never owned up to the misdiagnoses and the damages done by them and wouldn’t respond to my inquiries.
