    After paying a deposit and having scheduled the work to be done, I called on the day and was told it was supposed to be reschedule, but no one called me. I had planned a party that cost me over 500 dollars in lost deposits when I cancelled since they didn't do the paid for work. After it was RESCHEDULED for the following week, I called on the day the work was to be done, I was told AGAIN it needed to be rescheduled for another week. Terribly unreliable company, and didn't even get and apology for wasting my time or having to cancel the party and losing money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

    We apologize for the late response, as we needed to get more information on this matter from all sides. We were indeed scheduled to install a new pool filter for you. On the day that you were scheduled, we had two employees call out sick due to food poisonings. The maintenance manager did leave a note for one of the young ladies in the office to call and reschedule the morning of your service call. We did not do that and we apologize for not letting you know what was going on until you called at 2pm to only find out right then and there that we were not coming. I understand your frustration with this particular situation. That was a miscommunication on our behalf between two departments and that does indeed deserve an apology. We did schedule you out a week for a couple of reasons one of them being because we had no idea how long the technicians would be out. it is better to schedule out and to be able to schedule the job earlier just in case they showed up and we could resume regular scheduling. Several people were supposed to be rescheduled that day do the callouts. We do apologize for the miscommunication but we are not able to predict when someone will be sick. Unfortunately, the other reason you were scheduled a week out is because you live in ******** and we were trying to keep those jobs close together for productivity. We were able to refund your deposit for your filter and hope you will accept this late apology for your inconvenience in having to reschedule your party.

    They turned a simple pool liner replacement job into a nightmare. They never did complete the job. DO NOT HIRE. They never corresponded with me. I still can't get records of when they said they came out to repair it. Then they have the nerve to put me in collections. Until this, I had an 800 credit score ! Never missed a payment. I have no problem paying for a service but I WILL NOT PAY FOR SOMETHING I DID NOT GET.
