    I am filing a complaint because whenever I signed up for the membership back in April 2023 it didn’t clearly state I would have to be in a 12 month contract. Next trying to cancel this membership has been extremely too difficult. It should be just as easy to cancel a membership as it is to start one. Customers should not have to call corporate office to get a membership cancelled when all it took was a click of a button to start it online. Something has to be done about this. Money is continuing to be drafted without anyway to stop it.

    I am sorry to hear of your frustration with the Membership Program. You are able to cancel your membership via the Urban Air Contact Us form on our website. Select "Membership Question" and request cancellation. By selecting "Membership Question" your message will be routed directly to Urban Air corporate who administers the Membership program. The 12-month requirement of the membership program is disclosed at the time of registration. I am sorry if this somehow created confusion.
