    Columbus Seamless was hired to install gutters on our newly built home. After countless delays and issues, they returned 5 times and never solved any of the problems. We had multiple other installers look at the work and were told multiple times we should take them to court over what we experienced to compensate for damages. After delayed installation, problems, and broken promises we were forced to remove the entire newly installed gutter system to prevent further damage to our home and resulting erosion on our property. In the end, we hired "******** **** **** ** *******" to remove everything Columbus Seamless installed and repair the damages. Columbus Seamless will not return our calls and never refunded our money. Not only did we lose thousands of dollars, but we had to remove, repair, and replace the entire gutter system costing us almost 3X the initial price.

    Good afternoon, I am unaware of any countless delays that occurred, I have an initial deposit on *** *** **** and a final payment on ***** *******. We give a 3-4 week lead time for installation.  The last contact that I am aware of with this customer was in ***** ** **** when a service call was needed. I have not had any request for refund or heard anything from or about this customer in over a year.  The customer would have still been under warranty up until ***** of this year, so I am not sure why we were not contacted to take care of any issues.

    ***** is also who came out multiple times to "adjust" the gutters and never corrected the issues along with a helper who may have been his son.

    We have uploaded multiple documents regarding ongoing communications with Columbus Seamless. As of ********** at 7pm est. they have still not contacted us to resolve this matter.

    At this time, we are asking the Better Business Bureau to Close the complaint as "Not Resolved" - we have taken the matter to the ******** ****** ********* *****.
