I took my 2015 **** ******* and "starter" to Neal Brothers on 8/6 to have my starter replaced. Josh contacted me on 8/8 via text telling me that they pulled the *** in the bay to replace the starter but saw that it was a different starter than the one on the ***. I spoke to him over the phone and told him they would have to order that part and I would let him know when it comes in. On 8/9, Josh text me asking me to give him a call and stated I didn't need a starter on this vehicle. When I called Josh stated, they noticed the shifter cable had been replaced and it wasn't seated correctly and that's why the vehicle won't start. He told me whoever replaced the cable didn't seat it correctly but they corrected it and it started right up. I went to pick the *** up and Josh walked me to the ***, popped the hood and showed me where they corrected the shift cable. He said I shouldn't have any problems but call him if I do. I paid $165.30 for an invoice stated Repair Shift Cable. On Sunday I drove the *** to the store and on the way home it stopped and would not go. I put the *** in park then came down in drive and it drove just briefly and then stopped again. I had someone to tow the *** home. I called Josh on Monday August 12th and told him what happened. Josh said he would have a tow truck come pick the *** up. At 4:00 the tow truck came and picked up the *** and took it to Neal Brothers Tire. Josh text me at 4:57 saying he was going to have it checked out tomorrow and asked why was the transmission cable replaced? I text, initially it was stuck in reverse. On Thursday I text Hi Josh at 9:27, he text back at 4:57 asking did a shop or individual replace the shifter cable. He sent a long message stating when the shifter cable was out of position it burned the transmission up. I reminded him that he said he fixed the cable. He told me to call Zach ********** who is the Regional Manager. I spoke with him 9/4 about this. He saw the invoice and said he was going to call me back
