    Work was not performed to standard. I took my trailer in to have the ramp on it hinged so it would fold in half. I specifically requested that hinges be welded on the ramp to accomplish this. Their first attempt to complete this work was just cutting my ramp in half and using pins to attach the two parts together. The ramp broke the first time I tried to load my four wheeler on it. I took the trailer back to have them fix the ramp, their solution this time was to crudely screw on roll up door hinges. The screws fell out before I even got the trailer home. I asked the owner for a refund so I can take the trailer somewhere else to get the job done correctly, he refused on two separate occasions to give me a refund.

    Mr. John and his employees installed a 5th wheel hitch incorrectly on my 2019 **** ***** They welded to my frame (didn’t install the right bracket for my truck for the 5th wheel hitch) and they ruined my frame. My frame is no longer good and I have documentation stating I will need a whole new frame & possibly a new truck bed. I had my insurance company come out to look at it and said my frame was ruined. My insurance will not cover it due to poor workman ship. You are not supposed to weld to the frame on a truck like that. They ruined a $50k truck. I also took it to *** ** ****** since they installed hitches to get a 2nd opinion and also said that it is not safe to hook anything up to the 5th wheel hitch (I will post that in the picture section as well)
