    I am writing this letter to convey a problem concerning a breach of contract.I contacted ************** to do some work regarding removal of approximately 40 Leyland Cypress trees on the road line of my property. After our initial visit, a proposal and description of desired work was discussed. ************** was to remove trees, de-limb all, he would take logs he could use and stack limbs and the culled logs in a designated area. I am not sure the correct procedure or manner I should make this complaint. I know your time is valuable so I will keep it brief as possible. I will give further details of dates contacted, records of excuses for delays and text messages from his associate. I also have original receipt/contract upon request. I agreed to give *********************** $1500.00 Dollars and a **** *** 328 ci Convertible to perform as contract signed. Entered contract and started 11/01/22 with removal of trees and cleanup to be completed in three days. There has been many delays and I have been most courteous in dealing with excuses why work has not been completed. Work to complete is finish removal of stumps, trees that have been pushed to edge of yard, clean limb piles and place culled logs and limbs in designated area which was agreed upon contract. I have tried contacting ************** and his associate on several occasions with no response I was impressed with ************** work ethic and thought he could be trusted. It looked as he would accomplish his estimated three day finish. He has came back twice (11/14, 11/17) to pick up logs. Total time he has in this project to date would be in the range of 15 1/2 to 18 hours. To sum up, I am ****************************************** moving the work that has not been completed. I paid ************** $1800.00 and a sports car. Right now, all I want is for ************** to complete the work and do what is right. I would appreciate you looking into the matter as to ascertain the delays and how to resolve. I look forward to your response.
