    I applied for an apartment with my uncle (*********************) as a co-signer and was denied. My grandmother (***********************) paid all of the fees that were associated with the application process. ***************************** told me that I would be given a refund and when I called twice to ask her, she put me on hold and then hung up. She created an invoice and move out date to seem like she gave us the refund of $175 but she did not because the check was never sent to the address they had on file and that can be proved with bank records. The office was locked two times that I tried to ask in person. No returned emails and no returned calls, hang **** and a there will be no record that the refund was given to anyone in my family because it wasnt.

    We just received both letters in the mail on 4/22/24.  ********************** for Capstone at Banks Crossing changed as of November 15, 2024 to Capital Square Living.  This prospect leased with the prior management company Rangewater.  We do not have the records on file for the complainant and have reached out to Rangewater for clarification on this matter as this occurred back in August of 2023 when it was not under our management.

    I neeeded to terminate my lease early due to caring for my maternally ill father. I was sent a bill for early termination by this company. I requested on multiple occasions for them to send me proof of the bills in which I am being charged for. (Water bill, internet bill, etc) They refuse to send me the bills for proof of what they are charging me for. It makes me believe they are charging me fraudulent charges. They sent me to collections after I attempted multiple times to set up a payment plan. They refuse to give me the collection agencies contact information for me to resolve this issue. I believe an audit needs done on this company to ensure they are not charging renters fraudulent charges. They have left me with no other option but to hire an attorney to resolve this and ensure I am not being charged fraudulent charges.
