      Heritage Crossing is a joke. I was promised a return of my money 3 times by ******** and I have not gotten it back yet. From April 2022 - October 14, 2022 and I am still getting the run around. First she says maybe it is lost in the mail; then she says it came back to them and she would mail it to me (this was on 09/20/2022); today 10/14/2022 I spoke with ******** and she told me that all she can do is tell me it is in the mail because they did not have to give it back to me but they did. I said if you decided to keep it, just say thatplease do not continue to tell me it is in the mail. She said have a good day and hung up. **************** is especially vital when you are dealing with somebody elses hard earned money. Instead of ******** being professional and doing everything she could to get me my money back she let me know that it is out of her hands and she actually said she was not going to keep speaking to me about it. How rude! I did tell Reshunda that I did not believe my money was in the mail because it does not take the **** months to deliver a letter to me when I am less than 50 miles away! This entire ordeal is a mess. I would never recommend Heritage Crossing to nobody ever! I would steer them away so fast because honesty and integrity does not dwell there. Run for your own sake. If I could give a negative star as a rating I would without hesitation.
