    I *****************************. Contact RCS to replace an alternator. On my 2010 Acura tl. After agreeing on a price. I dropped my vehicle off. On February 25 2022. I picked my vehicle up. The total was $502.66 The owner stated that they had a hard time replacing it. So as the weather started to warm up I noticed I had no **** I then went to another repair shop for repairs. They stated they wouldn't touch my car. Because I had a alternator replaced and it was incorrect. To return it to where I had it replaced. I then returned to RCS. where the owner. Took a crowbar and tried to push the connector back in the the a.c compressor. He then stated that the car was to hot. For me to return it another day. I didnt feel comfortable allowing them to work on my car again. I waited until I could pay for repairs. March 2023 I choose another repair shop to fix my **** alone the way they found the issues that Rcs had caused. The alternator was not bolted in correctly. The bolt was touching a belt cause issues. The **** plug was damaged beyond repair. They had to reinstall my alternator. I called and spoke with the owner that afternoon. He told me to bring the pictures and paperwork by. So when I get there it's the wife of the owner. I handed her the paperwork. She then ask me why I didnt return the vehicle when they ask me to. I responded I didnt feel comfortable. She stated I was a ghetto black n**** b**** And to leave her shop. As I'm walking out she is running from behide the counter telling me she would beat my a** She followed me to my car. I then leave. I called back trying to have a conversation with her and she stated she was going to call the police on me.
