    On 9/29/23 Advance Ecco Air billed my daughters *********** charge card ********. They were recommended by American Home Shield and received payment by American Home Shield for the **** sytem. We were told that we were responsible for some parts in order to complete the installation. Advanced Ecco Air comitted to leave the **** system functional for my home. Instead, the Hvac system only blew cold air that could not be controlled with the thermostat. The system had to be shut down and since then, it has not worked. Advanced Ecco Air returned several times and to the present day have not gotten the Hvac system working. The warranty company no longer wants to discuss or work with the Advanced Ecco Air and I am left with a Lennox unit that does not function. Advance Ecco Air alleges that the system was manipulated by a neighbor, yet the system has never worked properly and they have no evidence that this is the case. The insurance company (AHS) sent an electrical company and they verified that the installation was completed poorly and incorrectly and that they (Adv. ***** needed to come and rectify the mistakes. The invoice is 23-4053. We have contacted them several times and Advance Ecco Air does not know how to fix the problem because even if they come, no repairs are made. Any assistance in this matter is appreciated. My daughter is assisting me in filing the complaint. I am 78 years old and English is not my first language. Additionally I have been relying on electrical heaters for heating.
