    Business Response

This is a respond from Outstanding Home Improvements LLC. We would like to inform you that the work that is left at the shed is door trim and a few screws on the hinges and a lock. On that evening we were finishing the shed and you didn't like the gaps on doors. Then when we tried explaining to you that hand-built shed doors are never perfect, nothing that is handmade can't be perfect. After that day we had a talk with you on the phone for about 30 minutes were we both agreed that the rest amount of 1285 that you still owe My business we both agreed to you paying $1000 and that you will hire someone else to do perfect doors for you, now you decided to s**** me over and not pay me at all

I am rejecting this response because:

    Dear Outstanding Home Improvements LLC,

As previously communicated, the work specified under our agreement has not been completed to the degree required to justify full payment. During our most recent conversation, which took place as daylight was fading, Outstanding Home Improvements LLC acknowledged the need to reconstruct the doors due to defective workmanship. It was mutually agreed that your team would return within 48 hours to rectify the remaining issues, including necessary painting and touch-ups (as evidenced by streaks and unpainted surfaces documented in the attached photographs) and the removal of construction-related debris (such as nails and trash surrounding the worksite).

However, two days later, I received a communication from your company indicating an unwillingness to complete the remaining work, citing a preference to prioritize other projects deemed more financially beneficial.

    Sincerely,
