    This has been the worst experience of my life bought the pool on 3/16/2025 the pool was up within a couple of weeks then had broken parts then we had a water leak then we had to drain the pool got a new liner as of today 7/6/2025 we have weeds growing up inside of our pool call the Pool Place. They said to drain it once again it took forever to get someone out here the first time so itll probably take another month or two to get someone out here to fix this situation Im just highly disappointed and paying $7300 for a pool that I cannot even enjoy highly highly do not recommend this company. !

    This company is a management nightmare. Check all of your review sources. They do not communicate, they are not on-time, do not show up when they tell you they will and will go days without so much as an update after a no-show. Ensure you get what you pay for or you will be out thousands of dollars. YOU are the manager, there is no real management, and if there is, then there isn't enough. They will leave your yard a mess and send clean-up crews who will continue to leave it a mess. I finally had enough and decided to finish it myself.I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.Their responses to social media are all typical and EVENTUALLY you can get what you paid for and get it right, but you will fight every single step of the way.
