    I rented a unit in February 2023 . I referred my mother to the storage bc of a sign posted on ******** and property saying referral given of $100 whether you are a customer or not. I spoke to office manager on the day my mother rented her unit and was told after 2nd payment was made by my mother I would get the $100 referral bonus in form of a check. Which the manager told me she would contact corporate office with the info and they would send her a check which she would contact me when it arrived. My mother rented her unit in August 2023 my mother, myself, and my husband have all contacted this lady about the referral $ and I have also contacted the customer service line which I was told a district mgr would contact me about my request within 24 hours that was 2 months ago no contact has been made and the lady at storage property the mgr of property has been rude every time I have approached her about the referral and told me she would call me immediately when she receives check and it has since been 4 months since the unit was rented by my mother who is about to move out of unit . I have not been helped with this matter at all by anyone with this business professionally to my needs being met in the matter. This was advertised on property and ******** social media . My unit was paid up to date ahead of time and has always been paid $119.99 per month which includes insurance of ***** per month since February 2023 totalling $1199.99 to date Nov 23. My mother unit is $45 per month since Aug 2023 to date totalling ****** Nov.23 including her rental insurance as well. Today is November 15, 2023 I haven't received the referral bonus nor a phone call back from district manager to help resolve my issue I would like the $100.00 referral bonus I was promised. My unit is H-29 and my mother's is in B-28.
