On May 14, 2024, I witnessed one of the trash trucks being driven by an Arrow Waste employee (******), drive his commercial trash truck/vehicle onto my yard causing signifcant damage to my irrigation system and lawn. I flagged the the vehicle down to make him aware of what had happened and the driver stated that he didn't do it intentionally and was very apologetic. He proceeded to give me all the contact information of his Supervisors ( one in particular by the name *****) to make them aware of what happened. I called B Green/Arrow Waste numerous times to get in contact with a Supervisor and ***** finally called me back, in which he stated that he had someone that could come to repair the damage. He asked me to send pictures and videos in an email in whch I promptly did the same day. Since then, I have called numerous times and emailed askinf gor updates on the repairs needed, and the company has not returned my calls or responded to my emails that were requested by them.Initial Complaint

HAD been doing business with Arrow Waste for over 2 years. My bill was ALWAYS the same $525. Got a call from Arrow Waste at the beginning of 2024 saying they were going up to $545. Ok. $20 more. Get my 1st bill of 2024 & like they said $545. Next day a 2nd charge for $3200+ FOR WHAT? I call & at first they couldn't even find my account. Was told my address was not on file. Finally they find my account & tell me that the $3200+ charge was for a $14 a day charge that I was NEVER told about. That's 228 days/almost 8 months. 1st of all 2 years of doing business with Arrow Waste & have NEVER heard ANYTHING about a $14 a day charge & was NEVER charged it before. 2nd of all it hasn't been 228 days since my last pick up. EVEN IF I was aware of the this $14 a day charge (which I WASN'T) no way it added up to $3200+. Called many times to speak with someone, no one ever available to take the call. The phone receptionist is nice but has no power. Simply passes your info along so management can ignore it. After 3 days of no call back from Arrow Waste I went to my bank & filed a dispute. (PNC) did an investigation" & initially put the $3200+ back in my account. 2 months later they took it out AGAIN & claimed Arrow Waste provided "documentation" showing it was a legitimate charge but had NO SUCH documentation to show me. No contract, no credit card on file form that I signed agreeing to let them to run my card without my consent & no recorded phone conversation that I was ever called & made aware of the $14 a day charge. After 2 years if ANYONE had ACTUALLY called & told me of this $14 a day EXTRA charge I would have had them come get the dumpster IMMEDIATELY. Why would ANYONE agree to $545 & ANOTHER $3200+ on top of that? 2 months later still no resolution. After reading MANY reviews it seems to me that Arrow Waste has gone downhill quickly since the new owner has taken over as proven by the LARGE number of NEGATIVE **************** saying they will NEVER use Arrow Waste again!!Initial Complaint

Doing a project, removal of a 52 year wooden deck, have 2 employees. Ordered 3 cans from Arrow Waste, 1st May 26th 20 yard dumpster, 2nd can May 31 another 20yard dumpster, 3rd can June 7th a 10yard can. Paid for all drop offs and pick *** before they came out on my ***************** Problem arose on June 7th when they charged my card $652.40 without my consent. Never called or emailed. I called to see why and everyone from accounting has been out and general manager is on vacation. So i disputed charge. I was able to get landfill ticket because i had called so much from one of sales girls. I have called over 5 times asking for General manager to call back and then i emailed as well. Then next day ****** starts sending invoices from company, but no landfill tickets. I asked for my first one, he sent second with an overage of 9.3 tons. Arrow Waste Utilizes a rear axle **** Granite dump truck without dumpster its ****** lbs and with empty dumpster the weight is likely 33,000-35,000 lbs. Thus, the tare weight on landfill ticket is spurious. Looking at reviews online, this appears to be a tactic they routinely use to over charge customers. Also address online is Arrow Waste ************************************Business Response

We placed your account on hold due to the chargeback you made from the previous order that was owed. Your account noted that you were aware of rental and tonnage on May 24th, when you placed the first order to be delivered on May 26th. The amount you charged back was a tonnage overage, which we offered to send you a copy of the scale ticket from the landfill proving the charge was accurate. Once you spoke to our CSR, we went through the proper channels and got approval to pick the can up. The dumpster was then ordered on June 16 to get picked up on the 20th due to the weekend. As far as the landfill tickets are concerned, we do a light and heavy scale, so the weight of the truck is subtracted from the total. We spoke to you several times during the process of getting the dumpster picked up and made you aware of everything. We also emailed you a copy of the scale ticket on June 8th and again on June 15th.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because: no one one from this business called me to explain charges. You actually ignored me, I have a gate on my property and if I did not you would have taken the third can. Hence why you sent 3 trucks to come pick it up before my 14 day period was up. One of the unapproved pick *** was at 5:30am. Your diver left a message asking how he could gain access to my property.
This company has pulled this with several other businesses. They never go over any overage and the forms they submitted to you I have never seen except the landfill ticket. I would like to continue this investigation and I want this company removed from Better Business Bureau affiliation until the get better ratings and adhere to some standards that your company feels should be best in treating customers. I have followed up this complaint with one to Attorney generals office as well. I am standing firm on this complaint, I have been in corporate ******* and small business in ******* for 24+years. I need this compsny held to same standards as other companies. They never sent an email or asked to charge my credit card, they have evaded me at every measure of trying to reach out to them, they tried to steal the last cab from my home that I paid in full for for 14days, and now they have completely exaggerated their whole response. They need to apologize and uphold to what ever standards your bureau puts on themthank you
Sincerely,
