    I had my vehicle towed to Extreme Boost Care, LLC on Aug 31, 2022 to have it assessed and to be repair. After about 3 days l returne d to the place of business to make sure it was a job that they could perform. I was told it was the Engine and it will be looked at and they would reach out leave my contact information so l did. I started calling the mechanic after a while because initially l was not given a receipt/work order/invoice anything. Time went on and l would hear from the mechanic from week to week to let me know that he hadnt started on the vehicle as of yet. Back in Oct of 22, l was told to come in the vehicle was done l had to make him write up a receipt and state the warranty for 1 year. He asked me to fill it out and he signed it he took 2 payments both in the amount of $5150 totaling $10,300. After taking the vehicle roughly ***** minutes down the road the check Engine light comes out l take a picture l call to let him know, he say bring it back he would check it puts it on his machine l leave again and same thing happens. Since, Oct of 22 till now he has had the vehicle back in possession 7 different times and each time its a different reason the light keeps coming on. I have not driven my car one full day without them taking back possession of the car. *** begged, asked, cried many many times how this has set me back and caused so much havoc in my life. Ive allowed them numerous times to fix the problem. *** asked for a refund numerous times and each time it is blown off. *** been told Im being difficult, impatient and that he is going to take care of it. *** tried to stay cool but this has been very stressful, it has set me back so much. Theyve had my vehicle for a long time l am still footing cost for a vehicle that l have yet to have in my possession. One of times, it was told to me to pick it up again l let him know that light was back on and that the car was doing this weird thing. The car seemed to be out of control it shut down.
