Non-Refundable Services:
Once a service has been initiated—including but not limited to monthly retainer services, consulting packages, funding services, or any deliverables in which time capital, overhead costs, or resources have been allocated—payments are non-refundable. This applies to all services that have been started, partially rendered, or delivered in full, as our work involves strategic planning, confidential intellectual property, and labor-intensive expertise that cannot be reversed or recovered.Commitment to Client Satisfaction:
While refunds are not issued, our commitment to client satisfaction is unwavering. We will always work in good faith to ensure all agreed-upon Scope of Work (SOW) deliverables are fulfilled in a timely and professional manner. Should there be any delays or deficiencies caused by Strategic Business Solutions LLC or any of our approved Service Partner Affiliates, we will offer compensation in the form of either:-
A courtesy rebate, or

A courtesy credit, redeemable toward future services for up to 12 months from the date of issuance.
