    **** ****** Road - Subway ON 11/5/2023 at 11:39 am I downloaded the SUBWAY mobile app to make a first time purchase using the SUBWAY APP. AS part of their BY ONE SUB GET 1 FREE as promotion my total came out to $26.28 which included taxes and delivery fees. My order # B9DA2EFF-62.I receive a call from the delivery driver from ******** who told me that when he went to pick up the order SUBWAY told him that my order was not in their system and for me to contact the restaurant. I immediately called the restaurant as listed on my emailed receipt P: ************.No answer and the voice mail was full. I called several times with no luck since Sunday.So, I tried to locate SUBWAY's corporate information and that was an online form which I completed.Then I immediately called DoorDash they told me that the SUBWAY cancelled the restaurant because they didn't have the ingredients. I told ******** that SUBWAY never called me to cancel. The Door Dash rep helped me complete another form he said I would receive a response from SUBWAY's customer service within 24 hours with a *********/7/2023, I received a generic response from SUBWAY that a team was looking into my request. I have yet to receive my refund.11/8/2023 at 5:37pm, I call the restaurant again in hopes to speak with a person. I spoke to a supervisor and she was confused. She only inquired about the SANDWHICHES purchased and not my complete refund. She told me she would call me back within 5 minutes. She never did and when I called again no one answered and the call went straight to a full voicemail.This location has terrible customer service if they don't understand what they're doing they need up training.I've yet to receive a full refund or a call back from the supervisor. Please refund my my $26.28 as soon as possible.
