Referred to this company from someone who receives compensation for referrals to do my taxes. I needed 3 years done. The first one they did without a hiccup. They were paid from taking the money directly out of my return. In order for them to do the other two, they said they had to wait for the money from the return. They collected the fees for the two years that I needed but never filed my taxes. First, it will be done by the end of the week, then they'll update me over the weekend, etc. etc. There is no store front, so I can't just walk in to a building and talk to someone. They haven't completed my taxes nor refunded my money if they couldn't do it. I feel like I have personally been robbed. And each return costs $995 each. I'm reading these comments that Novae doesn't do taxes, and it's "Taxable" that they refer their business to. But we sign up to them through Novae so both are responsible. Stop using this irreputable company with so many complaints.Novae
