    I am rejecting this response because:
    I have purchased this product for years and years and can't believe how rude this company is. I have gone to whole foods market and we are looking for another company to buy products from because of the inconsideration. For someone who has spent thousands of dollars on Newton products, I will not be treated this way. All they had to do was replace my product and instead they went on a tirade, a holier than thou tirade about how wrong I am and how wonderful they are which is actually not the case especially if you read the ****** reviews. To insult me to say that the product was not theirs is very self-righteous and self-serving. I buy at least 100 bottles a year from this company for various ailments to keep in the home and for the pets. This is not the Newton homeopathics that I once knew. And at my age I should not be treated so poorly. Shame on this company. If they care to replace my one bottle I will rethink my future with them. To ruin a relationship over one bottle of product is very sociopathic on their part. I noticed the attorney general in their state has over five thousand complaints against them. It's no wonder.

    Hello Fluer Street,

    We sincerely hate to hear that you had a less than pleasant experience with our customer care team, our team is trained how to properly communicate with consumers should unpleasant situations arise. 

    We are delighted that you have used our products for years and years and years however, we do not have any record of purchases from you. 

    On 8/17 we received your call from an anonymous phone number, we were told that you purchased this product off Amazon and you could not provide us any specifics. As explained NEWTON does not authorize the sale of NEWTON Homeopathics on Amazon or any other re-seller site.  We tried to do our best to obtain additional information on who the vendor you purchased through was within the website and you refused this information. Unfortunately, our policy does not apply to third party unauthorized sales as we have no way of knowing if you are purchasing an authentic NEWTON product.

    We are always happy to satisfy our customers with any issues when purchased directly with us and within the requirements of our return policy. 

    Furthermore, when you requested to speak to someone higher up you were informed that no one was available at that time, as the management staff was in a training session and could not be interrupted, there was no refusal.  You ended the call abruptly and stated that you would return your call which was never received.

    We hate that you are not satisfied with the product that you received and encourage you to make your purchases directly from newtonlabs.net to ensure that you are able to receive the quality of NEWTON products.

    Our sincerest apologies for misinterpreting our response as rude and inconsiderate.  As previously stated,we do everything within our ability to remedy the needs of our customers.  If you would like to provide us with order details as previously requested, we will gladly replace the product for you.  Name calling and false accusations are not necessary.  We do our due diligence to provide our customers with the most efficient customer service and will continue to do so.  I would hate to think that your family and pets would miss out on the wonderful benefits of our products.  We look forward to your response and again will do whatever we can to remedy your situation.

    I am rejecting this response because: I will accept the business mailing me another product in exchange for the bad product. There is no order detail that I have not told the business Newton. I found a bottle of the product on the web and I purchased it like I shouldn't have I should have stayed with Newton of course I see now and I would like to stay with them in the future. Please confirm you have my address to replace the product. Thank you
