    2 HVAC unit were installed on 3/1/23. On 4/27 the house goes under contract and a GAS LEAK IS DETECTED in the basement unit. Contract terminated. On 5/18 property is under contract again and inspector tells us the piped were completely side ways and had to be replaced, 2nd contract terminated. Property goes under contract again and on June 28, the new buyer finds a HUGE water leak from the second floor unit, this leak has been active and cause damage to the hallway and bathroom ceiling. Now what do I do? I have been trying to contact this company, as you can see, for MONTHS, with no response. Working with this company has cost me over $30,000 in damages and we are still counting and now my home is NOT LIVABLE THANKS TO DIAZ AIR LLC. I have no way of contacting the owners as they have blocked my cellphone. Manager keeps saying they will call me back but nothing. This job was clearly done by someone who was not licensed nor took the time nor care to do a proper Hvac instalation. Following up with the state, the department of consumer protection, BBB and my attorney as I write this. Beware. If someone would please call me back, make yourself responsable for your mistake and give me my money back so I can hire someone licensed, would really appreciate it. This company has caused great emotional and financial distress to my family as well as affected the health of all my potential buyers and agents showing the house- ************************************************************

    Attached is the invoice for my air condition repair. I called Diaz Air to tell me what was wrong with my cooling system. When technician arrived, he took the unit apart and proceeded to replace a part without telling me the problem nor the expense. He was on the cellphone the whole while speaking Spanish. After he replaced the part and put the unit back together, I had to ask how much. I was shocked when he said, $250.00. I asked why you didn't tell me before moving forward. He claimed parts were high in price after I complained about the high charged. He told me to get CASH! The pit of my stomach was aching because I knew the price gouged. I researched and found this to be true.
