    I chose this company in 2020, was referred by a friend, and saw good reviews. However, my experience was horrible. I was hoping I would not have to contact him within my 10 yr warranty, but I recently had an issue paid his fee for coming out, but my unit still wasn't functioning properly. I told him in 2020 that instead of leaving a bad review I was pulling his coat tail to make him aware of the things he did wrong and correct them to be more professional as a black business.1. Leaving cigarette butts on my property 'I'll send someone to pick them up' 2. Turning off my hot water heater and not turning it back on 'I can come later to turn it back on or can just turn the knob" 3. Unplugged and moved my washer machine and not putting it back 'I may have bumped it' 4. Was going to use a crow bar to bust up my white tile for some unknown reason. Luckily, my yard guy was there and took the door off the hinges for him. 5. Did not put door back 'I didn't take it off' 6. Started mid day and was at my home till almost 11pm, so I had to stay up as well. 7. Replaced my thermostat wall unit with a low end $15 device from ********** just to name some of the issues I had...currently not responsive in a timely manner. I still hope that his business continues to grow and that no one has to experience what I have.

    I understand that after four years of satisfactory service, you encountered a problem. In such situations, we always recommend reaching out to any HVAC company for assistance. Additionally, please note that your system is covered by a 10-year manufacturing warranty and a 2-year labor warranty.


    Regarding the issue with the placement of your system, it seems that the technician accidentally turned the k*** on the hot water tank and unplugged the washer, as they were located in close proximity. I assure you that it is not our job description or expertise to cut any tiles. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience caused by this incident.


    I would also like to address the timing of the installation. We acknowledge that we started the job later in the morning during the summer, and we understand your eagerness to have it completed. If you had expressed your desire for the crew to return, they would have been more than willing to accommodate your request.


    Furthermore, I want to clarify that we do not use ********** thermostats, as I previously mentioned during our communication.


    As a small business, we are always striving for growth and improvement. We appreciate your understanding and support, and we will continue to work hard to provide the best possible service to our valued customers.
