    I hired Wayside Property Solution to install a kitchen in my basement. ******* the owner of Wayside said it would take like a week or two to complete the project. ******* sent me a quote and we agreed to that with a downpayment. I sent ******* the downpayment and ******* started the job. I would go by and check on things now and then. I first noticed the floor having issues like gaps and scratches, which he would eventually fix. I also noticed that the cabinets was being installed crooked, I confronted ******* about it, and he would say oh they not finished they is going to correct all that. Time went by and ******* every other day would ask for more money claiming he had to pay workers. The work was ***** getting done, it went way over two weeks. ******* also installed the cabenets and counter top wrong causing the door on the oven not to be able to open fully hitting the fridge. ******* wouldn't correct the issue, but instead he moved the fridge to the laundry room instead of making the necsary modifications to fix the fitting issue. The doors on the cabinets are crooked and sloped on some. Some have nicks and extra holes. The shelves they installed in the pantry is loose and crooked and have no end caps to cover the cut metal leaving a hazard. They started to paint some of the cabinets but never finished leaving different tone varients that you can see. I wind up paying for the entire job because he bagged and bagged and acted as if his workers couldn't continue unless other wise. I gave him video showing all the errors they made he constantly stated that his guys would come and fix them, but they never came back to fix the issues. The kitchen is not professionally done and look a mess. I will have to find another contractor to fix Wayside and ******* errors. ******* stopped taking calls and wont reply to messages or nothing. I made several attempts to contact him but he don't reply. I would like a full refund so I can get the kitchen installed correctly and prof

    Hello Aikido ******. at Wayside Property Solution, we take great pride in our business and make all efforts to please our clients. I would first like to apologize for any inconvenience you feel we have caused you. Our company had a binded agreement (contract), which you repeatedly tried to go beyond to decrease your total charge and expenses. We went above and beyond to make adjustments to suit you at no cost, and it still was not enough. Your cabinets was purchased, assembled and install through tops kitchen which is a third-party affiliate. The installer made several appointments to address your concerns and you ignored him. All payment agreements are listed in the contract, and we only request payments based on the schedule listed in the contract.

    At Waysideproperty, we attempt to maintain a professional environment that includes staying within the boundaries of the contracted agreement that we have our clients acknowledge by signing to the terms and agreement.
