    I am rejecting this response because:

    The apartment being in total disarray is a gross exaggeration. If that was the case and everything was unpacked it wouldve taken much longer than 5 hrs. The only room with things just all about was maybe my bedroom, but there wasnt much to take from my bedroom at all besides a tv stand and some clothes. The living room everything was packed besides my babys jumping toy and random things laid about (most of which werent even my things which is why they werent packed) the kitchen everything was packed. When you arrived there were about  20 +boxes packed, the washer and dryer were prepped to be moved. The only things that werent packed were odds and ends and random things. Also, I did turn to my boyfriend and say you put that together but I never agreed that was the reason the dresser fell apart. The dresser was perfectly fine before it was moved, Ive attached a picture of such, and you even tried to come up with an excuse as to why the other dresser broke and it wasnt even broken? When i approached you about the dresser you literally disregarded it and asked to talk to my boyfriend for a second about it to try and provide ways to why it broke even after he said multiple times to talk to me about it.

    BudgetMovers of Atlanta moved *********** on Friday from *******, Ga to ******,** which is a 45min to one hour drive which including rush hour traffic. I ****** ***** personally performed Ms. ******** move on  Friday March 21st.. First of all when we arrived at the location her boyfriend ***** was there still packing bags and boxes.the apartment was in total disarray. The bags was over stuffed with heavy items and the bags were cheap not sturdy. I informed the client that the **** style dresser was coming apart at the first location bc it was not properly assembled. She replied her boyfriend ***** didn't assemble the dresser correctly is the reason why it was falling apart. The dresser is made out of particle board and the screws all came out. We even shrinked and blanket wrapped the dresser trying to get it to stay together. As far as the make up kit ..it was packed in a overstuffed bag and the items fell from the bottom as I was carrying it up the stairs..The make up container broke. I told her fragile items needs to be packed in a box. At the end of the move she said can I deduct money from her total for the make up case. She stated that it cost $100.00 we agreed to a $75.00.. Her total bill was $800.00 she paid $725.00.. The rate for her move was $140/hr $100 travel fee .. Her move took five hours.. The first location was three flights of stairs and the second location was one flight of stairs with a hour drive time. At the second location I told her that the dresser is not going to be able to  stand upright  because of the screws not being installed correctly. She stated that her boyfriend would reassemble the dresser. She never said anything about deductions for the dresser. I clearly informed her about the dresser before we left the first location. She gave us permission to take the dresser. Overall it was a good move. My team still worked with them even though they were not prepared to move. **************** is our top priority and we look forward to getting this matter resolved.  ****** ***** Owner/Operator BudgetMovers of Atlanta
