STAY AWAY!!!! I used High Priority Plumbing and Services through my home warranty a year ago, The services provided was good; BUT now trying to get them is like finding a needle in a hay sack. The representatives (****** and ********) are TERRIBLE! First I was told they do not provided services in my area (*******) BUT their website states and cater to *******, **. They I was told they are refusing to continue working with my home warranty. That to me is personal between High Priority and my home warranty company. I ask for service of self pay. I was told NO, High Priority does not work with home warranty customers. WOW! When I say these two ladies provide poor dirty customer service, trust and believe they did. They either hang up phone because they do not know the answer or they get confusing and conflicting answers or just lie! I even ask for the owner, now that was like I ask these two ladies for a *****. STAY AWAY, DO WHAT YOUR WATER DOES.... RUN!!!

We have worked with High Priority Plumbing on several different projects with a home we just bought. We needed plumbing work on our kitchen sink, help chaining over our stove, and pool heater, to natural gas as well as problems with our septic system and High Priority Plumbing did an outstanding job! Their employees were on time, and took the time to explain the work to us in detail. We highly recommend their work. Outstanding customer ************************

This company sent their employee *********************** to my residence. He took about 10 minutes to look around and cut a hole in my ceiling to find one leak and went under my crawlspace to find another. He did not give an explanation to any issue other than they are minor leaks. I received a email for an invoice stating electrolysis damaged my pipes and that my whole house was going to need all new pipe everywhere. Totaling $8300. I discussed and showed pictures to another plumbing company i used before. The personnel there said that what i thought. High priority plumbing was trying to scam me. And the two leaks can be easily fixed without replacing all the pipes in my house.

My home had drainage/plumbing issues. I had a previous company pump my septic and another check all of my inside plumbing to ensure the problem wasn't faulty plumbing and that although I had a minor toilet malfunction it wasn't affecting the septic system. A few weeks later I contact HP because they have both plumbing and septic technicians. 4/26, their plumber confirm it wasn't plumbing also. 4/27 their septic crew came out and I told them I had recently had it pumped a few weeks ago and need to know what the real problem is. They suggested back pumping, which was $2000 and if that didn't fix it altogether it would give me at least 6 months to a year before I would have problems again and that at that time I may need to consider drain field repairs. I paid $2000 because I was assured it would last that long. On 5/4, the following week, water was flooding back into my bathtub from outside, same as before. A different HP plumber checked meter and confirmed the toilet malfunction wasn't causing the problem but they adjusted it anyway. Same septic crew came again. I told him I had googled my problem and asked about jetting the leach. He said he had started doing that the week before but didn't get finished. I assumed when they pulled their equipment back out they were finishing it. When I needed to leave the house I was told I had to pay for a septic pump. I didn't authorize a pump and never would have since I had that done a few weeks prior and was sure that wasn't going to fix it. Then the crew said their equipment wasn't working correctly anyway. I received a bill for the septic pump, disputed it and it was removed. I told management that I would not have paid $2000 for 1 week of non-back flooding. I requested a refund since I had been assured it would last 6 months to a year. I also requested a quote for drain field repairs and would consider getting that done if I had a guarantee in writing and if the $2000 would be applied. NOTHING.
