      I signed a quote at the end of January for the company to powerwash and stain our deck. I emphasized how important the work was because it was custom and not easily replaceable. I reached out to him repeatedly asking for a start date, only to be told that he would "know more by the end of the week," or would get back to me once he "got back into town." I have still not gotten a followup, but it doesn't matter at this point because it is too late in the year for the work to be done properly. Instead of stalling, why not be honest and let the customer know if you can't do the work or can't put it on the schedule for whatever reason ?

      Contracted with Arrack Construction, Inc. back in March of this year for front porch upgrade and complete rear deck replacement; with Trex. Paid a large some down and was told the project would start the end of April 2023. Now here it is the 7th of July (3 months later) and nothing has been started. Called every two to three weeks and received nothing but excuses. All I ever hear is that by project is next to be started. What is with this company? I'm 81 years old, is this a senior reap off spending my 30 plus grand down for what?
