    On 11/1 I reached out to First American Title Lending to set up a post dated payment arrangement for 11/3. I sent a message to the regional manager as well as calling into the store speaking with a representative authorizing my debit card to be ran in the amount of $350. On 11/3 when the payment was to be ran the agent ran my card in the amount of $424 an authorized amount. Going against the Fair Debt Credit Practice Act. The agent advised the calls are recorded but she doesn't have access to listen. On another occasion I went into the office on 2/15 to make my February payment and the agent refused my payment. Advised I had to pay for the payment that is coming up for the next month as well. I was advised I would receive a call from the Sales Manager today 2/16 and that didn't happen either. The staff needs to be trained on the laws as well as how to speak with debtors. I have been in the finance industry for almost 18 years. I feel that the agent took advantage because they felt I didn't know my rights.
