    THE APARTMENT COMPLEX HAS NO HEAT AND HAS NOT HAD ANY FOR OVER A YEAR. THIS IS A COMPLEX FOR SENIOR CITIZENS

    Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention.  We take all feedback seriously, as it allows us to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of our residents.
    Regarding the complaint about the heating issue at Overlook Pointe, we have thoroughly reviewed the situation.  Upon investigation, we found that the issue was not previously reported to our management office.  As such we were unaware of any problems with the heating system. After being made aware on 1/10/2025, we promptly reached out to the actual resident to confirm the details and resolved the issue immediately the same day.   It was clarified that the heat had only been out for a couple of days, not for a year as stated in the complaint.  We regret the inconvenience the brief outage may have caused and appreciate the resident's cooperation in resolving the matter.
    We would like to reassure you that the well-being of our residents remains our top priority.  To prevent any future miscommunication, we encourage residents to contact the management office directly with any maintenance concerns.  This ensures that we can address issues promptly and effectively.
