      We've used ******* for years. In-laws used them before us. Had good experience, until... Contacted them for installation of faucet at street water meter site. They said they'd come out on 4/16, and they did (yay!). They said they'd come back at 2 p.m. on 4/24 to complete the job. We added a second inside job to replace a small length of pipe (small job), and they again said 4/24 (nice, since one visit for two small projects). No show and no call on 4/24. I called them at 3:30 and found that plumbers were tied up with an earlier call. Would have been nice if ******* had called me, but that did not happen. At my prompting, they said they would call me back to let me know if the plumbers completed their current call in time to get to my job on 4/24. At about 4:15 they called and said no-go but plumbers could come the next day, 4/25, at 2 p.m. I wondered why we wouldn't be first call on 4/25 since our job should have been done on 4/24, but they said it had to be 2 p.m. So, we waited for them on 4/25. At 3:15 with no plumber, I called. With no apology, I was told the plumber was on the way to the job before me, which should take ***** min. and the plumber should be at our house within the hour. The actual terminally was "I think" the plumber will be able to get to our job. I asked for a call back with status and was told the plumber would call when on the way, and the contact ******** I believe) would call with a status. It's 8:12 p.m. on 4/25. No call, no plumber, no nothing. We'll find a new plumber, thanks.

      *****, I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We did take in 2 elderly couples without hot water, (both requiring water heater change outs), and an elderly family whose water line was leaking 1/2 a gallon per minute with no signs or indication of where the leak might be.We understand that you wanted to add a second hose bib at your water meter in order to water flowers, but families without hot water or a severe water leak is a priority. If we called with the same emergency, we would have done the same thing for you. When I spoke to you over the phone, 4/22. I notified you that we needed to make adjustments to our schedule, and move you to 4/25.While on the phone you advised, "we were planning to go to the lake Friday.I replied, there is a small possibility **** could finish installing the new water line and would have time to add the extra faucet at your meter box. However, we had 2 elderly families without hot water, and another family that had a significant water leak. All of which we consider emergencies.I also stated, If we are able to make it, the guys would be dirty and unable to complete any inside work and we would have to reschedule the inside work. I said, I would personally make sure this gets worked in next ******** stated, Ok let's just try for Thursday and hope that your guys can make it. If not we will figure out a day for next week.Again, I apologize that we were unable to make it this week. 3 emergency calls on any plumbers schedule is tough. We are still willing to work you in next week as soon as possible. Please call me directly with any questions.Trent ************
