      Hello, This is more of trying to get in contact with someone who can help me rather then a complaint. We had someone come out to check our a/c unit a few weeks ago (Old Mount Zion rd). We have a home warranty and they are needing a receipt showing how much everything was and what was done to reimburse ** for the repairs made because you are out of network. *** called a good 10 times asking for the receipt. Every time I call I get the same lady who says the same thing, She will email it to me. I have yet to get it. Im just needing someone to send that as soon as possible so I can get this submitted to them. Thank you for your help!

      It appears she was email an invoice on the 22nd and it was opened.  I am going to send her a copy as well personally to make sure she has it.
