    *** already filed a scam complaint for Wilton Ridge, Long story short, the employees that are in the office are being discriminated against people who come in and do applications. They do not review the application equally. They also tell people that the application fee after they are denied ,is nonrefundable! They tried that scam on me and I turned around and went to corporate Immediately.. Corporate is now cutting my check For $300 and apologizing for their antics/************* Leaving this review so People will be more diligent while seeking a place to live, and can do their research on the places Like this prior to doing application. If you are denied, and there was no scam or fraudulent misleading information in the application, you are obligated to your application money being returned back to you. Dont let the two females in the office scam you out of your money. One is short With dreadlocks and The other person is taller & skinny. Im sure they are both in the same scam. This is just a warning to the people of ********* area
