    I have documents of everything including receipts, pictures of non finished and sloppy work. In March of 2023 I brought my truck in for a transmission repair under warranty. Upon getting my truck back a month later check engine light came on 1 day after for oil pump, after getting that fixed and returned check engine light came on again and was completely not drivable. Got the engine replaced and the day after its leaking oil and transmission fluid. They stripped my bolts, put on loc tight, no engine gasket for my oil pan at all. Company doesnt seemed concerned after 5 months of fixing on my vehicle. Theyre intentionally sabotaging my vehicle and every-time I go to see the broken part is coincidentally covered by warranty so they can make profit. They take no accountability and continually blame my warrant for a bad part when its actually them and they bad craftsmanship and intentional damage. Other users on ****** review say the exact same thing as me. Ive paid about 3k plus 5 months of not having my vehicle while they line their pockets. Company lacks integrity and s*** be thoroughly investigated.

    On 12-3-2021 I was quoted $3,647.21 for what this business stated would repair my vehicle, which included 1. Clutch Set(Mini ****** S-this replacement on average is guaranteed 50,000-******* Miles). 2. Twin Mass Flywheel(Must accompany the installation of ANY Clutch Set for optimum life in excess of ******* miles). 3. VVT(I have no idea what this is but they said I needed two-engine related). The work was performed approximately within two to three weeks.With any service to be performed, I asked for assurance the repairs rendered would be sufficiently performed to permanently satisfy the outstanding issue according to the national average statistics for said issue. They assured me, "As long as there is no need for a transmission replacement, I could count on the longevity of the parts replaced and work performed; If there is ever any issue associated with the work, just bring it back and we will make it right").At the beginning of October 2021 I noticed the engine light came back on and i took the vehicle back and wanted them to have a look to make sure everything was alright. they said they would be booked for a few weeks, that i should keep checking back for openings. I kept checking back each week for several weeks until my car totally shut down and wouldn't move , identical to the initial issue prior! I had the vehicle towed in the approximately the first week of January 2022. After NOT hearing from them over TWO weeks, January 30, 2022 I called to see what was taking so long for a verdict. ************************* informed me: *********** you DO NOT need a new transmission, there is no problem with it". I was experiencing the issue because I needed $2,834.50 to replace 1. Catalytic Converter 2. Oxygen Sensor and 3. Thermostat, all to be replaced in order to, once again "Remove the engine Light notice and get my car moving again. The work was performed.ON 2-9-23 the car failed to perform, again, it would NOT move, towed back to then culprits. They refused to correct.
